Suburban Water Systems donates 42 refurbished laptops to Boys & Girls Club

Suburban Water Systems (Suburban) was pleased to donate 42 refurbished laptops to be used by the underprivileged youth at the Boys & Girls Club of La Puente. Rather than dispose of the laptops that were originally used by our field operators, Suburban chose to give back to the communities that we serve.

We would like to thank City of La Puente Mayor Charlie Klinakis and City Manager Bob Lindsay for joining us. Also we would like to thank Anthony Duarte, Hacienda La Puente Unified School District Board Member, for introducing us to the La Puente Boys and Girls Club. Finally, we want to give a big thank you to Aida Diaz, La Puente Boys and Girls Club Site Director, for the great work she is doing with La Puente’s youth.

We know these laptops will support the Boys and Girls Club’s mission for youth to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. #SuburbanCares
