Innovative Drought Outreach On Display at CWA Conference

California Water Association members showcased their innovative drought outreach programs in a video presented at CWA’s fall conference in Monterey. From public service announcements and direct mail to updated websites and in-person “walk and talks” with customers, California’s investor-owned water utilities are creating creative and engaging outreach methods to help customers save water during this historic drought.
